Do Not Represent Yourself for an Injury Accident

0

In this video, Orange County Injury Attorney John P. Burns explains why you probably don’t want to represent yourself after an injury accident, although you could do so in a case involving vehicle damage only.

Mr. Burns says insurance companies have an enormous advantage in both resources and experience when dealing with the average car accident victim. Rather than try to fight a big insurance company by yourself, you are better off getting an experienced personal injury attorney to help you get the compensation you deserve. Mr. Burns does say that, in vehicle damage only case, there is not as much opportunity for insurance adjusters to play their tricks on you to decrease the value of your claim, so you can represent yourself in those type cases.
